God is speaking all the time and you may learn how to listen God, it is having little impact to listen God than you think.
“For God does speak, now one way, now another, altho man may not understand it.” Job 33:14 God is speaking to you in ways you often overlook. He has galore ways of speaking and He doesn’t always speak in the way that you suppose Him to; that is one of the reasons why you don’t perceive that you already listen God more than you think. Most persons listen God through the Bible, His peace, a still little voice, circumstances, other Christian’s, wisdom and mutual sense. God speaks in a good deal of other ways too. It’s essential not to get bogged down with how God speaks. The important thing is to suppose God to speak and be ready to listen Him speak in unexpected ways. If you want to listen God, the original thing you need to do is learn how to tune in to His voice. The better you get to know God and His ways the more comfortable it is to tune in and recognise when God is speaking. Learning to know when God is speaking takes time and effort. The more many times you meet with God and talk with Him, the having little impact it will be to recognise His voice. When you become intimate with God’s presence and His voice it will be much having little impact to listen God speaking. Sometimes you don’t listen God because you’re not genuinely expecting Him to speak or because you’re expecting Him to speak in a sure way. When He speaks in a way you don’t expect, it’s easy to miss what He’s saying. God is full of surprises. Never forget that He isn’t human, it’s a fault to limit Him to what you know or expect. You need to be open to God speaking to you in any way He chooses and not just in ways that are familiar. People ‘hear’ from God in dissimilar ways. God’s ‘voice’ isn’t fixed to words. He speaks through all of His creation. Many humans ‘hear’ God speaking through circumstances or their surroundings. In the Bible, God spoke to humans in ways that they could see and experience in their every day lives. God communicated with humans through what was apparent and all around them. He does the same with us today. Larry Randolph tells us
“the humane body is like a giant ear drum that processes thousands of pieces of info from each spectrum of life” You listen God through all of your senses. The ‘sound’ of His voice comes in a heap of dissimilar ways. There is no set way of hearing God. These are galore of the ways He speaks to you and a heap of of the means He uses to get your attention:
God often times speaks in a combining of dissimilar ways; creating a symphony that you start out to listen once you discover how to tune in to God’s voice. Psalm 119:105 says that God’s word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. I’m sure you have had a Scripture all of a sudden come into your mind or a Bible reference, which, when you look it up, speaks directly to your situation. God ofttimes speaks through His word. You need to read it, study it and meditate on it. It’s a lamp to your feet and a plumb line to measure everything by. On the back cover of Larry Randolph’s book, ‘Spirit Talk’, it says,
“It was in the garden of Eden that the creator original communed with His creation. Since that time, generations of men have forgotten that God is a talking God, and as a result a good deal of live in a vacuum of spiritual silence. Thus, the age-old question: Could the Creator actually be speaking today? And, if so, how do we perceive the sound of His Voice?” I hope you’re encouraged to believe that God is speaking to you. You may listen God’s voice each day, it’s much posing no difficulty than you think.
