Good deal!!!!

I have been trying to look for a decent case for kindle fire which is slim, protective and sleek looking. I visited best buy and Fry’s in my area but there the cases typically cost $29.99 or more. The quality did not justify the cost. Amazon seems to have the highest selection of leather cases – but most of the ones in top selling list seem to cost close to $30 with shipping and handling. So when I saw this case for close to $10 I was surprised at the price, and decide to give it a try. Boy, I couldn’t be happier with the choice. Let me go through each aspect of this case.

Material and finish:

The material looks to be leather. The finish and quality of the material seems to be top notch. The stitches seem to be just at the right place. The crazyondigital logo is on the back – doesn’t look too bad.
Fitting:

The case fits kindle fire nicely. All the buttons were easily accessible. The whole thing was very slim even after putting the case – which is the best part of it. If you are looking for a slim case, this is the way to go.
Closure:
======
The case closes using a elastic strap. That keeps the whole unit secure and slim. I like this method compared to magnetic closure, which is not that secure, or button closure, which makes it bulky.
Extras:

The case came with a free screen protector, which is a nice surprise. I guess while ordering I didn’t realize that even at this low price they would throw in a screen protector. The screen protector did fit on the fire perfectly. They also threw in a wristband with crazyondigital and few other stuff written on it. It is light green color. Frankly I don’t know what is the purpose of that, so I ignored it.
All in all I think it is a great buy if you are looking for a reasonably priced leather case for the kindle fire. This one is a keeper.

good price, love case!

I love the case and it was the best deal I found after several hours of searching. The screen protector is nice, and it was easy to get all the bubles out, but it is just a little too big making the screen protector unable to seal all the way to the edges. The screen protector doesnt have a glare, but it changes the look of the screen. The price was good for these inconveniences, but I’m afraid the screen protector wont last long because I think it is going to peel off from the unsealed edges.
